Technical Highlight:Based on the design concept of modularization, DRD350 Frozen Meat Dicer consists of eight modules—-Knife module, Drive module, Power module, Electric control module, Feed module, Discharge module, Frame module, Protection module.

Each module unit could be operated for large scale production separately. The machine could be set up through assembling each module structures. Batch modularization production makes it possible for division of labor, cooperation which reduces the production cost greatly. Meanwhile, interchangeable parts ensure the assembly accuracy of the equipment, and then ensures the good cutting performance and stable operation with low noise as well. It also investigates troubleshooting, which greatly reduces the difficulty for machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Working Theory

The infinitely adjustable slicing knife first cuts the product in slices.
Next, the circular knives cut the slices into strips. Finally, the crosscut knife spindle cuts neat dices to the desired height.
